Today is Sunday, though this particular Sunday is special in the United States. May 13, 2012 is the Mother's Day Sunday here in the U.S., and so I figured what better to post for wallpapers than Mother's Day? Wednesday Music #13: Axl Rose

Axl Rose is the lead man of Guns N' Roses, a popular band from the 1980s. Guns N' Roses released a myriad of hit singles, most of which are on their incredibly successful album "Appetite for Destruction." After their rise to fame and subsequent drug-induced feuds between band-members Slash and Rose, the band was broken up. Rights to name stayed with Rose, and today the Guns N' Roses band features a line-up of new members (save for Axl Rose, of course).

Recently, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame attempted to give Axl Rose and the Guns N' Roses an honorary induction, which is something most rock musicians can only dream of. Rose sent a letter through his spokesperson, claiming that he did not feel respect or welcomed at the ceremonies and would not attend or accept an induction.

It is still to be seen if the rest of the group will attend the awards ceremonies to have themselves inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, or if Axl Rose's decision to stay out of it all will have an effect on the rest of their inductions.

Crazy, huh? Well, you can't forget the good ol' days, I suppose, so have some high definition wallpapers of Guns N' Roses (and, of course, Axl Rose). Enjoy!

Tuesday Girls #13: Sexy Brunettes

Everybody has a favorite hair color, or hair colors, in the opposite sex, especially when it comes to women. Everyone has seen the "blonde bombshell" with her thin physique, legs for miles, and perfect facial structure. Of course, she has very blonde hair. We have even all seen the typical mysterious women of sable hair color, and they have left their sultry marks in our minds.

We daydream of the gorgeous blondes and dark-haired women whether we are just young boys or full-grown college students (or, as full grown as one might consider a college student, haha).

But what about brunettes? It seems that they still get attention, but not as much as they should, in my opinion. Brunettes have their alluring qualities just as well as their blonde- and black-haired counterparts, so why not show them a little love with one of these high definition wallpapers?

Friday Cars #13: Rally Cars

Thursday Games #13: Portal 2

Portal 2 is the epic sequel to the original mind-boggling puzzle/adventure game of Portal. One thing about the sequel is for sure: fans of the original will absolutely love to second. Portal 2 features a post-apocalyptic Aperture Laboratories, and as you can imagine that lends for some funny jokes (Valve can't resist!). Just remember, if live gives you lemons, throw the lemons back and demand a refund! You don't want life's lemons! I WILL MAKE COMBUSTIBLE LEMONS AND BURN LIFE'S HOUSE DOWN!
